To Our Valued Clients: First and foremost, we would like to assure you that we are open for business and will remain open.
We have always paid close attention to the cleanliness of our facility, and now we are taking extra precautions to ensure the health & safety of every client and team member that walks through our doors. Frequently touched surfaces are regularly cleaned, and our team members are wearing masks and gloves (or Scooby-Doo suits!) to further minimize risk of contamination.
As government protocols recommend, we encourage clients over 65 as well as those at risk of infection remain at home and not come into the clinic. We also ask that any patients who have a fever or are showing other signs of sickness REMAIN AT HOME. To reduce risk for those pet parents who need to bring their pet in, we are happy to come out to your car to pick up your pet.
Please do not postpone essential care (including urgent exams, food or prescription refills, etc.) for your pet out of fear. We are happy to discuss symptoms and questions with you over the phone to determine your pet’s needs and ensure they receive the care they need. Additionally, we are offering curbside pick-up of essential items, prescriptions, etc. to reduce risk.
