Appointment Policy
We prefer to schedule appointments so we can give every pet our full attention. We also offer drop-off appointments at no additional fee and accommodate walk-ins as the schedule permits. Emergency cases always receive top priority, followed by patients with scheduled appointments.
Patient Arrival Policy
For their safety, all cats must be in a carrier when arriving and while in the waiting area, as even the calmest cat can be startled by a sudden noise. If you need help getting your cat or cats from your car, our team is glad to assist.
Pharmacy & Prescriptions
To protect your pet from counterfeit or improperly stored medications, our doctors do not write prescriptions for third-party online pharmacies that lack a licensed pharmacist on-site. We are happy to fill prescriptions in-house, send them to a local pharmacy with a licensed pharmacist, or set you up with our own online store for guaranteed medications and convenient delivery.

For general pet health information, we recommend the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) and the ASPCA. For poison emergencies, the ASPCA Animal Poison Control Center is available 24/7. Always contact us about any concern specific to your pet.
